Javen grew up in inner-city South East London, an area with some of the highest crime rates in the capital and one of the most multicultural communities anywhere in the world, and everything he talks about is grounded in that experience.

The story so far.
From Crystal Palace to the conversations that matter.
Football first. Javen spent ten years at Crystal Palace Football Club, from the age of 8 to 18. It taught him early what high performance really demands.
Division 1 in the States. Football then took him to the United States, where he played NCAA Division 1 soccer, won a conference championship and reached the NCAA quarter-finals and semi-finals, while earning a degree in Sports Administration from Georgia State University.
Building back home. Back in London he built businesses across health, fitness, coaching and AI consulting. Today he runs Scaling Edge, a digital marketing and sales agency that takes companies from generating leads to closing sales, and owns The Lodge podcast studio.
On screen. He was featured on Netflix's Love Is Blind: UK, Season 2, and had the biggest impact of the season.
Today. His YouTube commentary on Black Britain has passed 1 million views, and he speaks to businesses and organisations about the reality of Black Britain, high performance and growth.
